Art. 1 al. 2 PatA in conjunction with art. 7 al. 2 PatA: Inventiveness
Inventiveness can only be affirmed if it is given relative to each prior art document put forward,
which can be taken as closest prior art document. If one of these prior art documents renders
the claimed invention obvious, irrespective of the other prior art documents nullity has to be
pronounced.
