In Bezug auf die südafrikanische Patentanmeldung führt die Klägerin aus,
es sei rechtlich möglich, dass die Klägerin Mitinhaberin an der strittigen
Patentanmeldung ist. Sie verweist auf Art. 27 des südafrikanischen Patentgesetzes Nr. 57 vom 26. April 1978, der folgendes festhält:

Who may apply for a patent.
(1) An application to a patent in respect of an invention may be made by the inventor or by any other person acquiring from him the right to apply or by both
such inventor and such other person.
