b. Le 7 mars 2005, ALBERT, LUCIEN, MARCEL et JEAN ont signé un document
intitulé "Agreement for the Separation of Business Interests Between, on the 1
part ALBERT and LUCIEN and, in the 2nd part JEAN and MARCEL" (10-05-
0177 ss). Aux termes de ce document, ALBERT, LUCIEN, MARCEL et JEAN
manifestent leur volonté de liquider leurs affaires communes en deux parts, soit
une première échéant au groupe composé d'ALBERT et LUCIEN et une seconde dévolue au groupe formé par MARCEL et JEAN.
