4 juin 1997. Elle a pour fondateur et actionnaire unique la société suisse NIKÉ
(07-03-20-0580; 18-01-02-0155; 07-02-05-0467; 18-04-01-0250 à 0256, 05-02-
01-0090 et 07-03-13-0020). Du jour de sa fondation, elle a été administrée par
CHARLES (07-02-05-0467; 07-03-20-0580).
