Der aus Art. 4 BV abgeleitete Anspruch auf unentgeltliche Rechtsverbeiständung kann im SchKG-Beschwerdeverfahren nicht grundsätzlich mit dem Hinweis ausgeschlossen werden, gemäss Art. 67 f. GebVSchKG würden keine Kosten erhoben und keine Entschädigungen zugesprochen. Soweit das SchKG-Beschwerdeverfahren der Offizialmaxime untersteht, ist jedoch die Mitwirkung eines Rechtsanwaltes in aller Regel nicht erforderlich."
