Es genügt der Verfassung, wenn die Eltern zum Ergebnis des Gesprächs, das der Richter im Verfahren nach Art. 145 ZGB von sich aus und unter vier Augen mit ihrem Kind geführt hat, vor dem Entscheid über die Kinderzuteilung Stellung nehmen können (E. 4a). Die Einzelheiten des Gesprächsinhalts müssen den Eltern nicht zugänglich gemacht werden (E. 4c). Daher ist auch ein Protokoll überflüssig (E. 5)."
