Art. 88 OG; Legitimation zur staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde. Nach § 123 des zürcherischen Gesetzes vom 8. Juli 1951 über die direkten Steuern, wonach die Steuer in bestimmten Härtefällen erlassen werden kann, besteht kein rechtlich geschützter Anspruch auf einen Steuererlass. Mit der staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde kann demnach nicht geltend gemacht werden, die Verweigerung des Steuererlasses sei materiell willkürlich (E. 1)."

Art. 88 OJ; qualité pour former un recours de droit public. L'art. 123 de la loi zurichoise du 8 juillet 1951 sur les impôts directs, prévoyant que l'impôt peut être remis dans certains cas de rigueur, n'accorde pas un droit juridiquement protégé à une remise d'impôt. La voie du recours de droit public n'est donc pas ouverte pour faire valoir que le refus d'une telle remise serait arbitraire (consid. 1)."

L'art. 123 della legge zurighese dell'8 luglio 1951 sulle imposte dirette, secondo cui l'imposta può essere condonata in taluni casi di rigore, non concede un diritto giuridicamente protetto al condono dell'imposta. La via del ricorso di diritto pubblico non è pertanto aperta per fare valere che il rifiuto di un tale condono è arbitrario (consid. 1)."
