Art. 88 OG, Art. 11 Abs. 1 KV/BE; Nichtverlängerung der Aufenthaltsbewilligung. Aus Art. 11 Abs. 1 der Verfassung vom 6. Juni 1993 des Kantons Bern, wonach jede Person ein Recht auf Schutz vor staatlicher Willkür hat, ergibt sich für sich allein kein rechtlich geschütztes Interesse im Sinne von Art. 88 OG und damit insofern auch kein weitergehender Schutz als aus Art. 4 BV (E. 2 u. 3)."
