Siegelung beschlagnahmter Papiere. § 101 des zürcherischen Gesetzes vom 4. Mai 1919 betreffend den Strafprozess (Strafprozessordnung). Nach zürcherischem Strafprozessrecht steht der Anspruch auf Siegelung beschlagnahmter Papiere auch dem Angeschuldigten zu, sofern er selbst Inhaber der Papiere ist (Änderung der Rechtsprechung; E. 1)."
