Anwaltsprüfung; Akteneinsicht, Befangenheit der Prüfungsexpertin, Bewertung der Prüfungsarbeit (Art. 4 BV). Art. 4 BV gibt grundsätzlich keinen Anspruch darauf, dass bei Eignungsprüfungen ein Kandidat Einsicht in die Prüfungsunterlagen der anderen Kandidaten erhält, solange keine konkreten Anhalts- oder Verdachtspunkte vorgebracht werden, die auf eine rechtsungleiche Behandlung schliessen lassen (E. 2). Ein Ablehnungsbegehren gegen einen Prüfungsexperten muss unverzüglich geltend gemacht werden, sobald der Ausstandsgrund bekannt ist (E. 3). Zurückhaltung des Bundesgerichts bei der Überprüfung von Examensleistungen (E. 4)."

L'art. 4 Cst. ne confère en principe au candidat à un examen aucun droit d'accès aux épreuves des autres candidats, à moins qu'il n'existe des soupçons ou des indices concrets laissant supposer une inégalité de traitement (consid. 2).
