Art. 6 Ziff. 3 lit. c EMRK; Einschränkung des Rechts des Angeschuldigten auf freien Verkehr mit dem Verteidiger. Einem ausländischen Verteidiger darf in einem ausländischen Strafverfahren die Bewilligung für unbeaufsichtigte Besuche bei seinem in der Schweiz inhaftierten Mandanten nur verweigert werden, wenn eine konkrete Gefahr besteht, dass er seine Vertrauensstellung missbrauchen könnte."

Art. 6 par. 3 let. c CEDH; restriction du droit du prévenu d'avoir des contacts non surveillés avec son défenseur. Le prévenu incarcéré en Suisse doit être autorisé à recevoir des visites non surveillées de son défenseur étranger mandaté dans une procédure pénale à l'étranger. Un refus est admissible seulement s'il existe un risque concret que le défenseur abuse de son statut de confiance."
