I. Sachverhalt

1. A. (fortan: Beschwerdeführerin 1) hat am 10. Dezember 2024 beim Amt für Integration und Soziales (AIS, fortan: Vorinstanz) für sich und ihre Kinder (fortan: Beschwerdeführende
2 bis 4) ein Gesuch um Organisationswechsel gestellt.

2. Mit Verfügung vom 30. April 2025 hat die Vorinstanz das Gesuch abgewiesen.
