I. Sachverhalt

1. A.___ (fortan: Beschwerdeführerin) ist anerkannter Flüchtling und wird seit dem
1. Juli 2020 von der B.___ (nachfolgend: Vorinstanz) mit Flüchtlingssozialhilfe unterstützt. 1
