With the exception of the 3 remaining high season weeks of Christmas, New Year and Orthodox
Christmas (weeks 3, 4 and 5 in Table 1) the owners can take back weeks as long as they have
not yet been rented and there is not a tenant option in place (a tenant option is a reservation
pending conformation which a tenant can take for a maximum period of 5 days while they
confirm the booking)."
