Konkrete Faktoren für die Beurteilung des sachlichen Konnexes sind gemäss
EGMR die Folgenden (Ziff. 132):
« - whether the different proceedings pursue complementary purposes and thus address, not only in
abstracto but also in concreto, different aspects of the social misconduct involved; [Rechtsgut]
- whether the duality of proceedings concerned is a foreseeable consequence, both in law and in
practice, of the same impugned conduct (idem); [Vorhersehbarkeit]
- whether the relevant sets of proceedings are conducted in such a manner as to avoid as far as
possible any duplication in the collection
