Increase, calculated according to the following formula:

TERP = (Nold x Pcum + Nnew x Prights) / (Nold + Nnew)

Pcum is the Current Market Price of one Share on the date on which
the Shares are first traded ex-Rights on the Relevant
Exchange

Nold is the number of Shares existing before the Capital Increase
