Capital Increase means the share capital increase of the Issuer contemplated
pursuant to the Issuer’s invitation to the extraordinary
shareholders’ meeting as published on 11 November 2016 in
the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) and in which
tradable pre-emptive rights to subscribe for Shares (the
„Rights“) are granted to the Issuer’s shareholders
