BX.________ des I.________ sowie an [den Privatkläger] (pag. 1152): «Dear AZ.________, Thank
you for your reply and all what you sad to Mr C.________ in the phone yesterday ... At first I wrote you
a detailed email with explanations and examples and proofs ... concerning the points you have noted
in your mail and on which you based your decision to no longer collaborate in this project and Your
warning in the case of publication. But in the final I think it is better that we organize a meeting with
your manager and evoid the back and foroword emails.
