Geradezu bezeichnend für die Vorgehensweise und Motivation des Beschuldigten
sind sodann seine E-Mails vom 7. und 18. Juni 2013 unter anderem an
DB.________, CX.________ und DN.________ von der D.________-Gruppe. In
der E-Mail von 7. Juni 2013 schrieb der Beschuldigte: «Internal Deal with
DK.________: MoA price USD 20'675'000.00, 20% Cash deposit with
DL.________, DL.________ is handling the deposit. Included in the MOA price is:
[…]. D.________/CC.________ engineering costs $ 300’000.— to be invoiced to
DK.________ and paid by DL.________ against cash deposit. […] So net price
ship round USD 19,6 Mio. External and official deal with DK.________: MoA or
official external MoA: MoA with USD
