Beschuldigte hielt weiter fest: «Also make sure that official price of 24 Mio. $ is
official and there is no other broker who is offering this ship with lower price! I heard
that DM.________ had circulated this ship with 19.2 Mio. $ and this is bad for us.
So shipyard and you should correct this» (pag. 04 003 634). Auffällig ist dabei einerseits die starke Betonung auf dem Begriff «official price», was darauf hindeutet,
dass es auch noch einen inoffiziellen Preis gab. Andererseits, dass dasselbe Schiff
andernorts offenbar für USD 19.2 Mio. angeboten wurde, was den Beschuldigten
beunruhigte. Dieser Hinweis auf den Händler aus DD.
