Mit Schreiben vom 19. Mai 2023 mahnte die Gesuchstellerin die Gesuchsgegnerin ab und forderte diese auf "[…] to remove all products related to
cutlery marked with SOLEX trademarks from the online and offline distribution channels, catalogues, bulletins, or other marketing and packaging material by July 30, 2023" (Gesuch Rz. 33; GB 40; Antwort Rz. 158).
