confirm that A. [in Kurzform] validly mandated O. [Anwaltskanzlei AG]
to represent A. [in Kurzform] in all matters concerning "C. / S. / B." and
in particular to file the challenge / nullity claim of 4 May 2017 and all
other submissions in these proceedings HOR.2017.38.
