valid General Power of Attorney of 20 November 2015, in which we
were designated, constituted and appointed as "true and lawful attorneys of the corporation" (A. [in Kurzform]) with joint signature power,
we confirm that we validly mandated O. [Anwaltskanzlei AG] on behalf
of A. [in Kurzform] on 23 November 2016 to represent A. [in Kurzform]
in all matters concerning "C. / S. / B.". Moreover, we confirm that this
Power of Attorney encompasses all neccessary powers to defend the
interests of A. [in Kurzform] in court.
