We, the undersigned, have learnt that the validity of the Power of Attorney of A. [in Kurzform] of 20 November 2015 on the one hand and
of the Power of Attorney issued on behalf of A. ("A. [in Kurzform]") to
O. [Anwaltskanzlei AG] dated 23 November 2016 on the other hand is
challenged by the counterparties in the pending ordinary proceedings
(HOR.2017.38). In this context, we herewith state as follows:
