4.2.5.9.2. Würdigung
Unter Ziff. 9.5 des "Distribution Agreement" (KB 3, S. 8) wurde vereinbart,
dass "[t]he 'Distributor' undertakes to pay for all ordered 'Products' no later
than 75 days from the date of acceptance."
