4.2.5.7.2. Würdigung
Unter Art. 7.9 des "Distribution Agreement" (KB 3, S. 7) wurde vereinbart,
dass "the 'Distributor' undertakes to submit to the 'Company' monthly reports on relevant issues within the market […]." Es wurde somit eine Pflicht
der Distributorinnen zur monatlichen Berichterstattung vereinbart.
