Der Beschuldigte wird in Anwendung von Art. 90 Abs. 2 SVG i.V.m. Art. 32 Abs. 2 SVG
und Art. 4a Abs. 1 lit. d VRV, Art. 32 Abs. 2 SVG und Art. 4a Abs. 5 VRV, Art. 27 Abs. 1
SVG, Art. 32 Abs. 2 SVG und Art. 4a Abs. 1 lit. a VRV, Art. 27 Abs. 1 SVG, Art. 35 Abs. 1
SVG und gestützt auf Art. 34, 47 und 49 Abs. 1 StGB zu 180 Tagessätzen Geldstrafe
verurteilt. Der Tagessatz wird auf Fr. 40.00 festgesetzt. Die Geldstrafe beläuft sich damit
auf Fr. 7'200.00.
