wer mit einer Blutalkoholkonzentration von mindestens 0.5 Promille (aber
unter 0.8 Promille) ein Motorfahrzeug führt. Die Strafe ist gemäss Art. 91
Abs. 1 Satz 2 SVG i.V.m. Art. 1 Abs. 2 der genannten Verordnung Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahre oder Geldstrafe, wenn eine Blutalkoholkokonzentration von 0.8 Promille oder mehr vorliegt.
