– and waives in relation to all current and futures holders of Shares in
LuxCo and other equity related instruments (whether issued prior to or after
this Agreement) of LuxCo – all administrative and minority rights (including
any voting and veto rights) attached to the MPP Shares (whether pursuant
to the Companies Act or the Articles of Association), except to the extent
otherwise stated in this Agreement (S. 31 f. Ziff. 9.2.1).
